ExistBI worked closely with the BOYD senior management (CIO, CTO, VP Sales) to understand current state in detail and map that with future state to outline Gap and provide detailed steps for Design, Build and Implementation.  We moved onto phase 2 integrating 7 ERP systems using Informatica Cloud into our Azure Data Warehouse, cleaning and normalizing the data in the process. Our Data Warehouse and Informatica consulting team are regularly integrating more ERPs as Companies are being acquired, currently on our 13th ERP integration.
