Challenge
Medecision was looking for an SAP BusinessObjects practitioner to help their client and delivery teams to prepare and create reports for their end-users and to train their staff on how to use SAP BusinessObjects reporting universes. Specifically, the company needed an expert to
- Gather requirements to create value reports for Aerial client users
- Map the various disparate database reports to comparable Aerial reports
- Build SAP BusinessObjects reports specific to the value metrics
- Provide client-facing training on BusinessObjects during implementations and client optimizations.
Solution
Based on our experience and expertise, ExistBI was hired as an internal consulting team to help Medecision build and deliver off-the-shelf and bespoke reports to Aerial customers. We also delivered workshops and guided Medecision customers on the kind of reports that they would need to understand the value that Aerial offered.
