Microsoft Copilot for Power BI Training – 1-Day Course

ExistBI is a Microsoft Partner

Course Description

Learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to accelerate data analysis, semantic modelling and report development in Power BI with this practical one-day instructor-led training course.

Designed for Power BI analysts, developers and business intelligence professionals, the course demonstrates how generative AI can help users interact with enterprise data using natural language, prepare semantic models for AI, generate and refine reports, create DAX measures and uncover insights more efficiently.

Participants learn how Copilot works across Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service and how the quality of the underlying semantic model, metadata and business definitions can influence AI-generated responses.

The course combines instructor-led demonstrations with practical hands-on exercises covering AI-ready semantic models, natural-language data exploration, AI-assisted report creation, DAX generation, business-specific AI instructions and responsible use of Copilot.

Participants also learn how to evaluate and validate AI-generated results, understand Copilot’s limitations and apply appropriate governance practices when introducing generative AI into enterprise Power BI environments.

Duration: 1 Day

Delivery: Public Live Instructor-Led Online, Private Virtual or Private Onsite Training
