Designed for analysts, developers, database professionals, IT professionals and business users, this live instructor-led course provides hands-on experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) to retrieve, manipulate, analyse and manage data stored in relational databases.
The course begins with relational database concepts and SQL fundamentals before progressing through SELECT statements, filtering, sorting, conditional logic, built-in functions, aggregations, data manipulation, joins and subqueries.
The advanced portion of the course develops more sophisticated SQL skills, including table expressions, set operations, advanced grouping, CUBE, ROLLUP, GROUPING SETS, PIVOT and UNPIVOT operations, temporary tables, views and techniques for solving complex SQL problems.
