Max T. Russ, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
An ex-tennis professional and strong team player. Max has an extensive background in business development, management consulting, business intelligence, account management, operations and customer service. He’s handled over 350 training, consulting and resource engagements for large and medium sized organizations in North America, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and South-East Asia.
Prior to launching ExistBI, Max was a managing director at a business intelligence professional services firm in London. He helped the Company grow from a sole proprietorship into an industry recognized business intelligence firm with four international offices.
Max has built strong relationships in the global BI community, these include: governing bodies, thought leaders and leading information management / big data software Companies including: Trillium, Informatica, Talend, DataFlux, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAP and IBM. He regularly attends partner summits, IRM & TDWI BI conferences, Data Governance Institute events and Bloor & Gartner Independent Research seminars.
Max holds degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the University California, Los Angeles. When he’s not working, he spends time with his wife and family, while also enjoying golf and fly or sea fishing.
James Worthington, Chief Operating Officer
Before taking on the COO position, James was a Principal Consultant and engagement manager in the ExistBI Los Angeles and New York office. James is both a management consultant and solutions architect, he leverages 20+ years of DWH, Enterprise Reporting and Business Analytics experience. He’s worked with over 50 clients in the retail, banking, insurance, manufacturing, oil & gas, telecom and government verticals.
James holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
Gregory Trinh, Vice President
Greg is a seasoned technology executive with over 17 years of experience designing and building enterprise business solutions, managing software development teams, architecting major system implementations and technology upgrade to create state of the art solutions that enhance information access and user productivity. He has also demonstrated the ability to turn around underperforming business technologies into innovative and successfully rolled out solutions within budget.
Prior to joining ExistBI, he was Head of Consulting Services for Injazat Data Systems, Mr. Trinh was closely involved in all areas of the business with particular focus on strategy, business development, sales, and operations. Mr. Trinh focused on helping CIOs and ICT Directors developing their IT Strategy and Roadmap on behalf of Injazat.
As a writer and a speaker, Mr. Trinh enjoys sharing his extensive experiences in various fields such as IT Strategy Planning, Data Center Managed Services, Business Process Mapping, KM, CRM, Legal Marketing, and Enterprise Resource Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business – Management Information Systems and Systems Decision Science from Indiana State University.
Thomas Krizan, Vice President
Before taking on a more managerial role, Thomas was a Principal Consultant with 14+ years of business intelligence experience in the field. He’s worked with over 50 clients in the manufacturing, banking, insurance, government, retail and telecom verticals in the US, UK, Europe and Middle East.
He received commendation and certifications for Informatica PowerCenter Advanced Edition, Informatica MDM Multidomain Edition, Certified IBM TopGun for Information Management (DataStage, QualityStage, all IBM MDM’s, Data Governance, TDM, Gardium, Optim, enhanced analytics and appliances, etc.), IBM Cognos and IBM Initiate Master Data Service Solution Professional.
Prior to ExistBI, Thomas was a Senior Consultant with Informatica Professional Services, he concentrated on client deployments, training engagements and R&D. Thomas holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computing.
